Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alexander Seipel, Jeseniova 2829/20, 13000 Praha, Tschechien, email: hallo@redestudio.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal electronically via the “Withdraw from a contract” button on our website, which is linked in the footer of every page. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services (Pro subscription) begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. Special notes on early expiry

Single speech (digital content): your right of withdrawal expires when we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract (§ 356(5) BGB). You give this consent and acknowledgement on our order page before payment; performance begins when the speech is unlocked.

Pro subscription (digital service): your right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (§ 356(4) BGB).
